Your application is first reviewed by the HR department. If it is pre-selected, we will organise an initial telephone interview to go over certain points on your CV and learn more about your job search.
If this exchange is successful, we will invite you to one or two interviews with operational staff and HR personnel, to get to know you better and make sure that your profile and professional project match the job offer.
For certain recruitments, we also use a personality test, for which our HR staff are certified. If you carry out this test, we ensure that the results are fed back to you during a more in-depth face-to-face exchange.

We pay particular attention to our integration programme for new arrivals, creating a programme tailored to each person.
Before your arrival and in order to inform all employees, we communicate internally on your future role in the organisation and your background.
On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by your manager and your team. During your integration programme, you will have the opportunity to meet different Comap departments, to discover our products and solutions and our different sites.
Your manager, your team and the HR department will ensure that you are made welcome within Comap.
